Sound familiar?
- You've joined a gym before and quit by February.
- Programs written for someone with all day to train.
- Shift work and kids wreck the schedule.
- You're not sure where to even start.
- You've tried everything and nothing stuck.
- You feel worse every year and call it normal.
I actually focus on the person, not just the workout
How I train you
My coaching style combines strength training, bodybuilding, and conditioning. Every program is built around your goals, experience, schedule, and current fitness level.
Strength Training
To build power and strength. Compound movements come first, because a strong base makes everything else work.
Bodybuilding-Style Training
Targeted muscle training to build and shape muscle, so physique change is something you can see, not just feel.
Conditioning and Cardio
To improve endurance and support fat loss — added when it supports the goal, never as punishment.
Progressive Overload
Small, steady increases that keep you improving week after week, instead of random workouts that go nowhere.
Structured Workout Plans
So you know exactly what to do every session. No guessing, no wandering around the gym floor.
Nutrition and Progress Tracking
Guidance to support your training and your goals, plus tracking so we can adjust the program as you improve.
Be my next success story
I'm building my first wave of success stories right now. Train with me in Imperial Beach or online, put in the work, and your result becomes the first one on this page.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

What you're training for
Look Good
Physique change you can see and keep — muscle built, shape changed, a body you're proud of in the mirror.
Feel Better
Conditioning that shows up outside the gym. More energy for your kids, your shift, and everything else in your week.
Stay Healthy
Strength climbing, body composition moving the right way, and habits that hold long after the first eight weeks.
Training camp
Your training camp starts now
Game day is coming either way. Here's how the season runs.
01 · Pre-Season
Map the starting point
We look at your goals, your schedule, and where you're starting from, then build the program around you — not the other way around.
02 · In-Season
Put in the work
Structured sessions, progressive overload, and regular check-ins. You know exactly what to do, and we track progress as you improve.
03 · Off-Season
Keep what you built
We lock in the habits, adjust the plan, and set the next goal — so your results last instead of resetting every January.
I got into training because I wanted change. I was tired of looking in the mirror and not feeling proud of what I saw. Now I help other people make that same change.

Questions
Straight answers
The same answers I give in person — no sales pitch.
I don't know where to start.
That's exactly what the first sessions are for. I take the time to understand your goals, your starting point, and what works for you, then build the plan around that. You don't need to arrive knowing anything.
I've tried programs before and they didn't stick.
Most programs fail because they weren't built for your life. I don't believe in giving everyone the same program and expecting the same results — yours is built around your schedule, your experience, and your goals, and we adjust it as you improve.
I don't have time to be in the gym every day.
You don't need to. I'm not going to tell you that you need to train seven days a week to see results. Real progress takes consistency, not perfection — a plan you can actually stick with beats an intense one you quit in three weeks.
